There is only one operator available on Mondays and Fridays for limited hours. ***The operator on Mondays and Fridays is available for emergencies only.***

Seasonal Water Turn on / Turn off
Please call Nicole “Niki” Merriam at least 2 days prior to the target date for turn on/off.

The Department will allow seasonal turn on and turn off of water at the curb stop from May 1st through November 1st or at the discretion of the Supervisor.

For your reference: leak size and corresponding water losses

Wads of wipes clump together and jam the pumps in the sewage pump station.

This is a time-consuming and expensive cleanup. Do not flush wet or dry wipes even if they claim to be biodegradable or flushable. Do not flush diapers, tampons, feminine pads, panty liners, paper towels, extremely large amounts of toilet paper, or mop heads.

Effective 1/1/2021 all rental properties will be charged commercial demand fees

Per Gallon Usage Fees

  • Water:

    $0.80 per 100 gallons or $8.00 per 1,000 gallons used

  • Sewer:

    $0.80 per 100 gallons or $8.00 per 1,000 gallons used

Quarterly Demand Fees

  • Water:

    *Multi Unit Apts. are charged the Commercial rate

    -Residential $45.00 (RWTM) or $180.00 per year
    -Commercial $100.00 (CWTM) or $400.00 per year
    -Industrial $125.00 (ISTM) or $$500.00 per year

  • Sewer:

    *Multi Unit Apts. are charged the Commercial rate

    -Residential $45.00 (RWTM) or $180.00 per year
    -Commercial $100.00 (CWTM) or $400.00 per year
    -Industrial $125.00 (ISTM) or $$500.00 per year

  • Fireline:

    -Commercial $750.00 or $3,000 per year
    -Indicustrial $750.00 or $3,000 per year

  • Guildhall User Fees:

    -Residential Quarterly Demand Fees $40.00 per user x 46 = $1,840.00 per quarter
    -Commercial Quarterly Demand Fees $89.00 per user x 7 = $623.00 per quarter
    Industrial Quarterly Demand Fee $111.25 per user

    -Water usage is billed at $6.25 per 1,000 gallons used

  • Trailer Park Demand Fees:

    -Brookview Trailer Park Water (BVWM) $45.00 per user x 29 = $1,305.00 per quarter
    -Brookview Trailer Park Sewer (BVSM) $45.00 per user x 29 = $1,305.00 per quarter

    -Dean Brook Trailer Park Water (DBWM) $45.00 per user x 44 = $1,980.00
    -Dean Brook Trailer Park Sewer (DBSM) $45.00 per user x 44 = $1,980.00

  • Special Services:

    -Covell, Heirs 9 Covell Heights (SF) $80.00 per quarter (fee based on 10,000 gls. a quater)
    -McMahon, 66 Covell Heights (SF) $80.00 per quarter (fee based on 10,000 gls. a quarter)
