Zoning Board

The Zoning Board is a three-member board appointed by the Board of Selectmen for staggering terms. They review and decide on applications for variances, special exceptions, and appeals of administrative decisions.  These decisions are based on the Town Zoning Ordinance and other applicable state and Town regulations.

The Zoning Board meets on an ‘as needed’ basis. Contact Clerk Romy McMann at 636-1450 to schedule a meeting.
